Better Training for Safer Food was hosted in Rome from 22-24 November. Of interest to the EURCAW Ruminants & Equines was the course on Animal Welfare at Slaughter. In the final plenary session, along with the other two EURCAWs, we outlined our activities in ‘The official inspectors meet the EURCAWs’. As part of this session, a representative from each EURCAW responded to questions submitted by participants in advance of the meeting.
